How Group Activities Have a Positive Impact on Mental Health

Being part of a group is good for mental health

Team activities such as sports and also certain clubs that encourage teamwork and collaboration can be a positive experience for the mental health of many adolescents.  According to a study, people who participate in club sports enjoy better mental health and life satisfaction than people who exercise at a gym or walk alone, even though there were no differences in physical health between the two groups. This study is a great example of how doing activities with other people can be great for your mental health. After all humans are social animals, so make sure to socialize!
